So tomorrow is the Totalsports Challenge, with 7 events and a TEam like we have above… It should be an amazing day in the sun !
I made the brash choice of racing the 13km road run for the Totalsports Champions Pro team and hope that my 5min/km base training pace will take me over a fast 13km tar run HAhA ..
It is been great so far in stellenbosh “the Bosh” , the 5 days we have been here , and planning/training and socializing is on a new high!
