had commen sence ๐Ÿ™‚

Below some cool footage of my pre ride warm up.

We had 10 x 2min intervals at race pace with 2min rest between.. short after these efforts where my heart rate maganed to hit 174 max, we had 10 x 1min Faster/Race Pace or break away pace…. AND did they hurt! ๐Ÿ˜ฆ I boy!

On the last 1 min my HR managed to average on 180 BPM and 1min recovery was done between each repitition… These shorter intervals, represents race pace efforts and real life race conditions. I love these king of sessions, and find that my heart rate and body copes well around the region of 170-180bpm, most efficient heart rate zone..

This evening we have a track session promicing to add even more hurt to out last day of our 10 day phase…. Come tomorrow Recovery 4 days beguins ๐Ÿ™‚ OOOOOOO YEA !!
